§ 03 — Frequently asked
DWG-P03 · FAQ

The seven questions every founder asks.

How does bulk pricing work?+

First seat is £1,500/month. Every additional executive is £1,000/month — that's a 33% discount per seat. Setup is a flat £2,000 regardless of how many executives you run. Above 5 executives we scope a custom retainer — get in touch.

Do you run LinkedIn ads?+

No. We run organic-only — content, engagement, and cold DMs from a real human profile. We've seen ads work alongside this but we don't run them. We'll refer you to a construction-savvy ads agency if it's a fit.

Who owns the content?+

You do. Everything we draft is your content, your voice, your IP, from day one. Nothing is written in a shared agency voice.

How many clients do you take at a time?+

Maximum 3 new clients per quarter. Each seat gets a senior writer and a DM operator — not a pool of VAs. This is why the waitlist can run 4–6 weeks.

What's the ramp time to results?+

Weeks 1–2 are foundation (profile rebuild, ICP lock). Weeks 3–6 the engine warms up. Weeks 7–10 is where most clients cross their first inbound-meeting threshold. Weeks 11–13 is hockey-stick territory — if it's going to happen, it happens then.

Do you work outside construction?+

No. Construction, ConTech, PropTech, and built-environment adjacents only. That discipline is why our content converts — we know the buyer and the vocabulary.

Can we cancel?+

Yes — 30 days' notice. Minimum term (3 months) applies because the work compounds; judging the engine before the compound stage is judging the wrong month.
